Current Honors
We are pleased to announce that two of our projects, Memorial Park Eastern Glades Phase II and Bridgeland Parkland Village Section 29 Park & Open Space were awarded Gold Medals by the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association, 2020/2021. Memorial Park Eastern Glades was also a 2021 Urban Land Institute award winner in the Open Space Category.

Past Honors
2015 Texas Excellence in Landscaping – The Texas Nursery & Landscape Association annually awards contractors in the state of Texas for a variety of projects that have been constructed over the year. We are pleased to announce that two of our projects – McGovern Centennial Gardens and The Sovereign Apartments – were awarded Gold Medals.

Recognition
In the Houston Business Journal, annual “Landmark” awards recognize outstanding real estate projects in the area. SLI is pleased to have been a part of the Menninger Clinic, honored in 2013, as well as BP’s Computing Center which was honored in 2014. In 2015, three projects on which we were associated were recognized: Blvd. Place as the winner in the Mixed- Use category; Sovereign Apartments as a finalist in the Mixed-Family category; and Centennial Gardens as a finalist in the Community Project category. Our involvement in Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands and Lakeland Heights Village Center were recognized in the Landmark awards presentations in 2018.

Centennial Gardens was a Finalist in the Open Space category of the Urban Land Institute's 2017 Development of Distinction awards.
